We can offer a variety of theme based groups, some short term and some longer term. These include the following:

In addition to these groups, we also have Courses that we offer on a regular basis. Below are our current courses:

- Mindfulness for Everyday Living Course
- Mindfulness Based Befriending Anxiety Course
- Mornings of Mindfulness Workshops (for those who have attended 8 weeks MBCT Course with us or elsewhere)
