Therapy Groups & Courses

We can offer a variety of theme based groups, some short term and some longer term.  These include the following:

  • Stories of Our Lives – Women’s Group
  • DBT Group
  • Analytic Psychotherapy Group


In addition to these groups, we also have Courses that we offer on a regular basis. Below are our current courses:

  • The Mood Course – Overcoming Depression and mood swings
  • The Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy Course
  • Mornings of Mindfulness Workshops (for those who have attended 8 weeks MBCT Course with us or elsewhere)
