It is open to accredited practitioners, and those who are eligible for or working towards accreditation. The group offers the opportunity to develop and share ideas and aims to facilitate professional development in terms of integrating theory and practice, evolving a coherent therapeutic approach and articulating a professional identity. The group will also include the opportunity to consider any further CPD needs and identify future training options alongside strategies for developing your practice and career.
Reflective Practice Group
The reflective practice group is aimed at experienced practitioners working within complex organisational contexts as well as senior therapists working in private practice. The group aims to provide a safe space for in depth reflection on clinical and professional practice:- a space in which to step back and reflect on complex professional and therapeutic relationships and to discuss any aspect of your work and role including individual cases, approaches to therapeutic formulation and intervention and clinical and organisational dilemmas.
