Mornings of Mindfulness Practice

Monthly Saturday 10am – 1pm

Facilitator: Richard Gilpin

Cost per session: £20 for individuals/ £30 for organisations.

Requirements: Previous experience of mindfulness meditation (e.g. attendance at a sitting group or retreat, ongoing personal practice, or completion of an eight-week MBCT or MBSR course, or equivalent) is required in order to attend a session.

  • A calmly energising way of starting the weekend.
  • A refreshing way to develop, deepen or simply re-engage with your practice.
  • Open to anyone who has completed an eight-week mindfulness course (e.g. MBCT, MBSR).

Each session comprises guided mindfulness meditation, group sharing and Q&A, a short talk on a relevant theme, ideas for developing ‘everyday mindfulness’, and tea and biscuits.

  • guidance on developing ‘everyday mindfulness’
  • guidance on deepening one’s formal meditation
  • an opportunity to practise with the support of a small group.
