Looking after your mental health during the Covid-19 pandemic

Online Initial Consultations

We offer a 50 minute initial consultation by phone or video call with an experienced practitioner to help you find the best available therapy suited to your needs.   You can book here.

How does it work?

An initial consultation is a 50 minute session with one of our experienced practitioners. You can use our online booking system to choose a time and date that is suits you. Prior to your session you will be contacted directly by the practitioner you have booked to see and they will provide details of how they will be facilitating the session.

Following your initial consultation we will review the notes from that session and aim to refer you to the most suitable practitioner within 3 weeks. Until there is a change in the government restrictions, these sessions will also be taking place by phone or video call.

If you have any questions or would like to know more, please phone 01273 626 444 or email us
